 I agree to all these  mistakes web designs do. I hate bad navigation on web pages, pdf files unless it something really huge or a admission form, not changing the color, inconstancy, non scan-able text if its to small and has no indention I wont read it.

I think this author hit the nail on head when he wrote the article on what us user dislike on the web
